Plan cancellation notice<\/strong> 17 September 2025<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

If you are subscribed to our solutions or services under any of our subscription plans, available on or before 16 September 2025, this notice applies to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation of earlier subscription plans \u2013 Effective 17 September 2025<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

As of 17 September 2025, standalone solution-based Joan subscriptions are no longer available for purchase.
All earlier subscription plans for Room booking, Desk and Asset booking, and Visitor management have been or are being replaced with new all-inclusive subscription plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Switching to the new subscription plans<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The available subscription plans are now: Team, Business, Organization, and Enterprise+.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can learn more about the new plans and cancellation of earlier subscription plans here <\/a>and here<\/a>. Our sales and support teams are available to assist you with the transition to the new subscription structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Termination of earlier agreements<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Existing customers will retain their current plan until renewal<\/strong>, after which access to affected standalone solution-based Joan subscriptions and services will no longer be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To continue using our solutions and services after your current renewal period, please ensure you are subscribed to one of the new all-inclusive plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
